This website is informational. We do not maintain a database of visitor profiles, accounts or newsletters.

Visits to cpwd.nl are not linked to a personal dossier. We do keep anonymous totals: which pages are viewed, on which day, and from which country. No IP address, no name and no message content.

If you use our contact form, we send your message directly by email. That data is not stored in a database on this website.

We only keep email correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and stability. We do not have direct access to a visitor registry.

These logs fall under our processor agreement with our host and are retained briefly.

The homepage may show a one-time playful scan inside its existing animation. It displays your public IP address and a broad, approximate network location when our hosting provider includes that information.

For a best-effort VPN, proxy or Tor indication and network provider name, our server sends the public IP address to ipapi.is. The result may be incomplete or inaccurate. When a VPN is detected, the displayed city is the VPN exit location, not your residence.

CPWD does not store these details or the lookup result in a database.

For an internal statistics page we count page views, contact requests, planner requests and scans. By day, by page and by country.

Those totals contain no IP address, no name, no email and no message content. The page is not public and is not in the navigation.

We only use functional cookies and local browser storage, for example for language preference and to skip the original loading animation after a first visit.

No tracking or advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser.

The private statistics page sets one functional session cookie after a successful login. A normal visit does not set it.
